Discover all the secrets of oil at a location in the heart of Ogliastra, specifically in Lotzorai, on the east coast of Sardinia. You will learn about the characteristics of the olives that are harvested, processed and transformed in a sustainable way and the history of the cultures that have followed one another across the Mediterranean, in a fascinating journey that moves from the family's centuries-old olive trees to the oil mill. Here you will take part in a guided tasting where you will learn how to recognize types of oil to understand what elements to look for and how to read labels. It will be an unforgettable sensory experience dedicated to wellness, sustainability and good taste.The guided tasting takes place outdoors and includes various types of EVO oil. Then the following foods will be tasted in combination with the extra virgin olive oil: bread, seasonal fruits and vegetables, potatoes, culurgiones or coccoi prenas, casu ascedu, and desserts.
