Cooking demonstrations are a fun and light-hearted alternative to cooking! The chef will accompany you to introduce you to all his favorite producers at the Centr'halles market. Walk through the stalls of cheese makers, fishmongers, butchers, bakers, fruit and vegetable producers, and he will buy the products needed to make the recipes. You may be tempted to make a few personal purchases ...Next, return to the workshop, have a drink, put on the apron and complimentary chef's hat, and get to cooking! You'll be preparing a Provencal aperitif, main course, and dessert.The tasting of the recipes prepared with the chef is done at the table and in harmony with the dishes and wines, with explanations about wine pairing. You can debrief with him what was seen and prepared throughout the lunch, and ask him any questions you may have. You will be taking a recipe book home with you!
