Quy Nhon is recognised as the country's second city with its convenient location, seaport, and developing city infrastructure. The beach hotel is approximately 36 km from Phu Cat Airport, and around 10 km from Dieu Tri railway station.

The beach hotel opened its doors in September 2005.
