The Penguin Hotel, a shining example of 1940's Art Deco style, is located directly on Ocean Drive and 14th street, the “quiet side” of Miami Beach, directly across from the beautiful South Beach and only a few steps away from Lincoln Road Mall, Espanola Drive, popular restaurants and night clubs. The location is most ideal for vacationers who want to enjoy and explore the famous beaches as well as all the hot spots in South Beach in walking distance

The 43 guest rooms are all different, each appointed with one wall entirely covered with a picture portraying South Beach and its glorious views only to be complemented by an accent decorative pattern in a stylish cut-out sequence.

The Penguin Hotel rooms include sinks, compact refrigerators, plasma-screen TVs, cable TV, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, essentials, and safe box that can fit your laptop

The property was tastefully renovated in 2006 by a French Designer and received another comprehensive renovation in 2018. This hip hotel boasts 43 nonsmoking guest rooms, each individually appointed with one wall entirely covered with a canvas portraying flowers or other natural elements. Oceanfront and Ocean Corner rooms in The Penguin Hotel feature panoramic strip windows with breathtaking ocean views, as well as panoramic views of South Beach and plenty of light and sunshine. There are fully renovated bathrooms and new hardwood floors in all rooms.

Penguin Hotel guests have full access to the rooftop located inits sister hotel President Villa, less than a minute walking distance away from the hotel. The pool features sun loungers, umbrella, towel, and view on famous Collins Avenue.

There is a Resort Fee of $33.06 (inclusive of taxes) per room, per night, based on double occupancy, to be collected upon check in. The Resort Fee includes: Breakfast for 2 from 8:00AM to 11:00AM, welcome drink coupons for 2 (that can be used from 4PM to 8PM), beach towels, Wi-Fi, rooftop pool access, the use of the in-room safe box, unlimited local calls, and 2 bottles of water in the room for guests to enjoy. For the third and fourth guests staying in the room, the hotel will charge a $16.53 Resort Fee per extra guest.

$48.15 for standard cars including sedan cars, SUV, and minivans

$64.20 for Commercial vans or vans up to 15 seats

Credit card is the preferred form of payment. As a reminder, accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Incidentals' deposit will be 150 USD per stay; payable either by credit card or cash. Cash payment must be made in US Dollars.

Cash paying guests will be required to present picture ID upon payment. Accepted forms of identification are: passport, ID or driver's license.
