There is no front desk at this property. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. This property’s padel court (surcharge) is available only by reservation and must be requested in advance of arrival. On weekdays, the per-hour padel court fee is JPY 2,200 from 7 AM to 6 PM, and JPY 3,300 from 6-11 PM. On weekends and holidays, the per-hour padel court fee is JPY 3,300 from 7 AM to 11 PM. The padel racquet rental fee is JPY 330.

Know Before You Go

• Up to 11 children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.
