This conference hotel was built in 2009 and finished in 2010. Its design is a mix of Balinese and modern styles and spread over approximately 2.5 acres. There are a total of 15 accommodation units on offer including 5 villas. Guests are welcomed in the lobby and the hotel reception is available on a 24-hour basis with 24-hour check-out service also being available. Facilities include air conditioning, a breakfast/dining room, wireless Internet access, room and laundry services, as well as a bicycle hire service and a free car park.

The villa is located in Kerobokan Village within 5 minutes of the Kerobokan traditional market and 20 minutes drive from the famous Tanah Lot. There are numerous restaurant, bars, clubs, shops and public transport links nearby. The beach is about 5 km away in Brawa. Balis Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 15 km away.

The villas come with a fitted kitchen with utensils, a fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities as well as a dining room with 6 seats. They also feature an outside living room in which guests can hear birds chirping in the morning. The atmosphere is peaceful so it is good for guests in search of rest.
