A former abbey outbuilding, Le Relais de la Source is a charming hotel, gourmet restaurant and wellness center in the heart of Burgundy's Côte d'Or region. From an 18th-century coaching inn to the Hôtel de la Poste, a local institution for two centuries, the place has always welcomed guests with warmth and friendliness. It's in this spirit that Ahlame Buisard and her team welcome you today to the Relais de la Source, named in homage to the village's history. On the first floor of the main building, the Relais de la Source restaurant welcomes you in a warm, wooded setting, with its cosy aperitif lounge and soothing pastel decor. Drawing his inspiration from the heart of Burgundy, Chef Yann Zwysig offers refined, local cuisine with partner producers no more than 50 km from Saint-Seine-l'Abbaye, and always in season.
