Residhotel Grenette

The hotel offers 65 studios and apartments. Built in 2007, it is fully soundproofed and air-conditioned and offers a wide range of amenities such as lift access, a breakfast room, conference facilities, free wifi access and parking for those arriving by car (charges apply). The hotel is situated in the city centre, right by all the major tourist sites, the Old Town and a number of shops and restaurants. Public transport links (buses, tramways) can be found just in front of the property and it is just a 10-minute walk to the railway station. Grenoble Airport is approximately 45 km from the hotel. The studios are 20-25 m² in size, with a double bed or twin beds. They have a fully equipped kitchenette, a desk, a table, a TV, a telephone and a bathroom. They are decorated in blue and yellow tones. The apartments feature the same decoration and furniture but have a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. They are around 30 m² in size. A hairdryer, Internet access, a mini fridge, a microwave, an iron and ironing board, a balcony or terrace and individually adjustable heating and air conditioning all come as standard.
