The wet area (Roman pool, covered, heated, sauna, Turkish Bath, hydromassage and massage room.) is available from Monday to Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday to Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesdays it is closed.

People who arn't registered on the reservation aren't allowed to enter. It's mandatory to show an ID/passport or any other documentation with a photo at check-in. Children under 18 years-old must show an identification document with photo. If the child is accompanied by a relative or other person, they must also present a letter signed by his/her parents and a copy of his/her documents. The use of the minibar to store food bought outside the establishment isn't allowed, as well as its consumption in the restaurant facilities or in the common areas of the hotel.
