Service Charge
A Service Charge of 10pct of room rate plus applicable taxes will be applied to all reservations. This charge is in addition to the room rate per night. This charge is intended to cover a portion of costs associated with our employees.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received by 6pm local hotel time 24 hours prior to arrival or the hotel will charge for one night*s accommodation plus tax and service charge. Same penalty applies to no-shows.

EXCEPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
June 2 to 4 2020 - a non-cancellable full stay penalty will apply for the full reserved stay.

Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the hotel.
