All of this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the city center, bars and restaurants.It is worth noting that there are additional extra fees, such as:The house includes night security on the street corner, shared with the neighboring house; Cleaning Fee: Amount charged to the guest for the cleaning fee at the time of booking: R$ 650.00 (Six hundred and fifty reais); Security Deposit Fee: R$ 2,000.00 (Two Thousand Reais), which must be paid by the guest up to 72 hours before CHECK-IN, via bank transfer;Energy rate: R$ 150.00 per day in energy consumed in the unit.
