Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will be charged by the Condo administration a wristband fee of R$ 9 per person, per stay. The bracelet is mandatory for all guests throughout the period of lodging. If it is lost or damaged and it is necessary to request a new wristband the identification fee will be charged again. The fee must be paid in cash at the hotel reception.
