Two decades ago at the Hotel Ranch, Pousada Capital das Aguas came with the mission of offering differentiated service so that the guest lives his best experience in Maceió. Due to the quality of the service, we do not measure effort in comfort and attention, as we understand that customer needs must be met in priority. Three minutes walk from the beach of Jatiúca and close to the beaches of Ponta Verde and Pajuçara, which together form the most beautiful and crystalline maritime orla in Brazil, we are wrapped in all the events of the city, such as shopping malls, 24h supermarket, restaurants, Pizzerias, bars, rental companies, tour operators, banks and the best leisure points. Room service is available during limited hours. Our parking is private and free of charge. The structure also has security cameras with 24 hour monitoring. Our building has three floors and roofing, where on the ground floor is the front desk, coffee area and garage. The apartments are on the upper floors. On the roof, we have a beautiful and cozy leisure area with pool. We do not have a lift. Our establishment is 25 km from Zumbi's Palmares Airport and 4 km from the Ruth Cardoso Convention Center. Maceió is a true paradise, having a beautiful border dotted by lush beaches of clear waters and a deep blue, always inviting to rest and relaxing and cheerful moments. From north to south always a grateful surprise, whether in the already known beaches of the French, Gunga, Pontal, Barra de São Miguel, as more secret treasures, such as tabuba, broken car and paripueira, among so many others.
