The 33 modern business apartments are situated in a residential complex. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include a restaurant, car park and a conference hall and facilities.

The brand new apartment complex is situated near the River Maritza, overlooking Rodope Mountain, right in front of the northern entrance of the International Plovdiv Fair, on a main boulevard in Plovdiv city. The centre of Plovdiv is about 1 km away, where a tourist office and the Old Town are located. Plovdiv Airport and Sofia Airport are about 20 km and 150 km away, respectively.
