Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. 12 years old underaged cannot to do this experience.. This tour is subject to the availability of reservations at the National Park. If availability is not confirmed, access will still be granted, but the hike will start at La Joya and the destination will be Paso de Cortés, covering 7 km one way and 7 km back.. Access to the Iztaccíhuatl-Popocatépetl National Park is via a dirt road, which may cause movement in the vehicle due to the terrain conditions. For this reason, we proceed at a slow speed to ensure safety and comfort during the journey.
