- The flight will last 50 minutes with a total duration of 1 and a half hours for the whole experience
- You must check in 20-30 minutes prior to the flight for the weigh-in, ticketing, and a safety briefing
- Guests should ideally have a basic level of health
- It's recommended that the guests take sunglasses along, and for the best pictures darker coloured clothes are recommended as whites tend to reflect off the inside of the windows and can spoil photos
- The temperature in the air at the height you fly at is the same as on the ground so that will be a good indication as to what to wear
