One of the most well-known and fascinating coastal routes in South Africa is the Garden Route. It features a temperate environment with rocky shorelines, sandy beaches, indigenous forests, and charming villages where visitors may enjoy activities such as dining on fresh oysters and seeing southern right whales breaching.
The magnificent Pansy shell, the rare Knysna seahorse, and at least 200 different types of fish may all be found in the lagoon. Dolphins live here all year round, whereas humpback and Southern Right whales play in these coastal waters from May to September.
