Included is all equipment and safety briefing. After the abseil there is a pleasant 30 min hike, with amazing views, to get back to the top.

Meeting Point
Please allow time to take Cable Car or hike to the top of Table Mountain. The Abseil team are located just outside the top cable way station, just off to the right.
*** Please note: Table Mountain Cableway is closed for maintenance between 15 July and 1 September '24. Hike up is available****
