Start the tour at the Hector Pieterson memorial where you will be learning about the Soweto Uprising, one of the critical points in the abolition of apartheid in South Africa. Continue to Vilakazi street and get a chance to see the famous Nelson Mandela’s and Archbishop Tutu houses. Grab local lunch with the guide and get a chance to taste local beers. Hop in a minibus taxi and meet and greet some of the locals. End the tour at the famous Soweto towers and experience the vibrancy of the township.
