As part of each class, you'll also be taken on a tour through Vietnam's most iconic wet market, Cho Ben Thanh. Here, you'll learn how to select choice ingredients and how exotic meats and produce are incorporated into traditional Vietnamese cooking.

The wet market tour will begin promptly from Cua Tay (West Gate, Gate 5) Ben Thanh Market. Our guide will be awaiting your arrival. Transportation will be provided to our kitchen where chefs will guide you through a traditional Vietnamese four course meal. No returns to original departure point.
