Important info

Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.. You will be charged 100.000 VND/hour if your driver has to wait for more than allowed waiting time.

Meeting Point

Airport pick up (waiting time of 90 minutes): After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative/driver who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Non-Airport pick up (waiting time of 30 minutes): We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Please call/message the hotline if you can’t locate your driver.
