However, we can still arrange your pickup for a supplementary surcharge. This additional charge will vary depending on the distance and location of your hotel outside the Old Quarters.
Reconfirmation and Pickup Details:
To ensure smooth and timely arrangements, we kindly request that you contact us at least 48 hours prior to your travel date to reconfirm your booking. This is crucial for us to finalize all necessary preparations and provide you with the best possible service. During this reconfirmation, please provide us with your exact pickup location, whether it's within the Hanoi Old Quarters or outside of it, so we can arrange everything accordingly.
