If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.30AM to get on the bus. . Customers have to contact us to confirm pick-up information before going.. Customers book option 11.30AM, please send passport information details. Please come to our habour in Halong bay to meet our staff & check-in onboard around 11.30AM. Do not tip if asked by local people, we cannot stop them but warning to our tourist).
