Please note that Tuan Chau International Port has two halls, so please make sure to go to "A Hall". Also, please ensure that you arrive at the designated time of before 11:45 AM to avoid any delays in boarding the cruise.
There are option with transportation available for guests who want to travel from Hanoi to Halong and vice versa. The meeting point from all hotels inside Hanoi Old Quater or Hanoi Opera House
Please ensure that you are ready to be picked up at the specified time and location.
If you need to change the pick-up location, please inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour.
If there are any changes or delays in the pick-up time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The meeting point from all hotels inside Hanoi Old Quater or Hanoi Opera House
Please also make sure to bring the necessary items such as water, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes for the tour. You need also arrange cash for other extra service on the way to the harbor and on the cruise.
