- Late/Early surcharge from 10.00pm to 5.00am : 8/10/12 USD for 4/7/16 seater car (to be paid to the driver)

- Vehicle options are 3 according to the maximum number of passengers: 4 seater car for maximum 2 passengers; 7 seater car for maximum 3 passengers; 16 seater car for maximum 8 passengers
- Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge.
- Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide your pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers) at the checkout
- Waiting time: For international flights - 90 minutes; For domestic flights - 60 minutes; For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
