Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The tour includes rugged terrain and forested areas, which are not wheelchair accessible.. Paradise Cave has 500 steps, making wheelchair access impractical.

To make it easier for our guests to identify our team, our guides and drivers will be wearing distinctive black and blue hats and holding a signboard with the guest's name. Guests can enter a pickup location within the general area, and our guides and drivers will pick them up directly from that location. This will help ensure a smooth and recognizable pickup process.
