Pick up in the lobby of the Hotels in Montevideo. The passenger or passengers must indicate which Hotel they are staying in for prior coordination of the schedule.
If coming from the Airport, the passenger(s) must indicate the flight number and arrival time. They are expected at Arrivos with a distinctive sign with a reference name, the waiting time is up to one hour at no cost. If this is exceeded, an additional fee is charged per hour.
These same conditions apply for arrivals at the Bus Terminal in Tres Cruces or Port of Montevideo.
