lab·o·ra·to·ry | \ ˈla-b(ə-)rə-ˌtȯr-ē A place providing opportunity for experimentation, observation, or practice in a field of study.
This is an ever-changing and high concept cocktail workshop (aka. laboratory) for those with 0 to 100 levels of experience. Unconventional, not a class; learn through experimentation! You get to take risks in this lab that you wouldn't normally take at home with hundreds of ingredients at your fingertips. Tools include smoking gun, test tubes, shaker sets, etc.
It is my goal as your host to work with each of you and fine-tune each event to fit your individual mixology goals. By design, any awkwardness and negative judgement is kicked out the door in order for the madness to ensue!

Hundreds of ingredients are provided to take your experiments multiple directions! Ingredients include, but are not limited to: herbs (fresh and dry), spices, teas, spirits, fresh fruit, bitters, etc. Hundreds of ingredients are provided to take your experiments multiple directions! Use of all equipment along with instruction, including our smoking gun for infusing liquids as well as solids!. Only ages 21+ are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages. Please message us if you or your guest(s) is under 21 so we can best accommodate everyone.. An assortment of snacks most complimentary to the concoctions you create.

As you enter the building from Melrose Ave, Greenfire Loft stairway is off to your right, just across the hallway from Rain Shadow Meats butcher shop. You will see a sign at the base of the stairs. I'll greet you at the top of the stairs and guide you to the lab coats of all different sizes.
