Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the tour.. All visitors boarding a Statue City Cruises departure to Liberty and/or Ellis Island must pass through airport grade security procedures in the Screening Facility.. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Sandals, flip-flops, open-toed shoes, and high heels are not permitted.. The Hard Hat Reserve Tour Ticket does not allow access inside the Statue of Liberty National Monument.. A portion of your purchase will go towards the restoration and maintenance of the historic Ellis Island Immigrant Hospital.
