You will need to redeem your ticket voucher with a Big Bus Tours staff member before heading to the ferry terminal. This ticket includes a ferry journey to both Liberty Island and Ellis Island, but not interior monument or museum access. . Empire State Building visits must pre-book a time and date through the Big Bus Booking Management link (provided on your voucher), or with our staff at Stop #1
