Please note: The Maid of the Mist boat cruise operates seasonally, usually between end of May and October (exact dates are subject to ice conditions) and is replaced in the off-season, depending on accessibility, by views from other observation points such as Gorge walk, Terrapin Point or others (access is subject to ice and weather conditions).The day’s itinerary is subject to traffic conditions and may be modified due to time constraints. When necessary in the spring and summer, ponchos are provided (you may get a little wet!).. Guide will explain in both languages English & Spanish. Private Tour does not include the Maid of the Mist. New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old. Starting November 1, 2019, all children under 2 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat.. If you prefer to enjoy your tour without Maid of the Mist boat, you can complete your experience by choosing our audioguide, available in English, Spanish and Chinese. In case you choose the option with audioguide, you will receive the instructions to download it before the day of your tour.
