Know in advance:
- Please enter the email of the person who will be redeeming and using the pass at checkout. This information is required to redeem your pass. After booking, you will receive your digital pass with a unique QR code (and instructions to access the Go City app)
- Your New York Pass is valid for 2 years from the purchase date. You can use your pass as soon as you get it. The pass is activated the moment that you first use it at an attraction or service and will expire on the last day AT MIDNIGHT
- The list of attractions can change at any time without notice. Some attractions require a reservation. Please check the individual attraction on the Go City app for up-to-date information on admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go
- Please note, visits to the Empire State Building need to be booked in advance (follow instructions on the app) and it is not possible to book sunset time slots with your pass. We suggest booking an evening slot to enjoy sweeping views of Manhattan's city lights at night
- All unused passes can be canceled for free up to 2 years after purchase date
