Children are welcome and must be able to grasp the handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest, with the seatbelt/harness secured.. Full faced Helmets are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated, please.(provided). Our Base Camp is located approximately 30 minutes from the Strip.. All passengers must be at least 12 years with a Parent or Guardian.. Guest is financially responsible for any damage to the vehicle or equipment during the tour.. Being under the influence of any drug or substance, illegal or legal that leads to the cancellation of the tour, no refund will be given - due to safety being of utmost importance , thank you.
