Know in advance:
* You will be allocated the best seats available of your chosen ticket type at the time of booking. Please refer to the seating map in the photo gallery
* Only the person whose name appears on the reservation may pick up the show tickets at the hotel box office, and they are required to present a valid adult (at least 18 years of age) photo identification. No exceptions will be made to this restriction
* Show tickets must be picked up at least one hour prior to the show start time or the customer reservation will be considered a “no show” without a refund
* Mystère™ is for children of all ages. Children under the age of one must remain on a parent or guardian’s lap for the duration of the performance. Children over the age of one must purchase a ticket, even if the child will be on a parent or guardian’s lap during the performance. Please note that moments of loud noises and darkness used during the show may frighten some children
* The show is 90 minutes long with no intermission
