What To Expect
With a professional chocolatier as your guide, you’ll learn chocolate decorating techniques in a way that is truly unique to the scenery of Hawaii. This gorgeous palm tree design was created by the chocolate artist teaching the class. She was a pastry chef for Disney and taught at a culinary school for years. She now teaches chocolate classes to foodies visiting and living in Honolulu.
