This Pearl Harbor Tour is great for those interested in WWII history and especially aviation history. The Arizona Memorial is the most visited tourist destination in Hawaii. The USS Arizona Memorial is the resting place for 1,177 American Sailors and Marines who gave their lives during the Japanese attack on December 7, 1941. This tour includes the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, America’s only aerial battlefield. Visit Hangars that were present during the attack on December 7, 1941. View the bullet holes made by attacking Japanese aircraft on that day. Take in many historic aircraft from WWII right up to today, including iconic aircraft such as the Japanese A6M2 Zero fighter, the B-17 Flying Fortress bomber, the F-14 Tomcat fighter, the SBD Dauntless dive bomber, and many more.
The Pearl Harbor, USS Arizona Memorial, Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum, and a short Honolulu city tour is a half-day tour (about 6-7 hours). This half-day Pearl Harbor Tour operates only from Waikiki Beach hotels.
