What To Expect
For those bodyboarders that love what they do and are ready to do it at a higher level, Team Ohana’s professional lessons are the natural choice. We’re talking about advanced instruction in the art of bodyboarding delivered by accomplished teachers dedicated to maximizing your potential. Keep in mind that professional lessons are not just for professionals or competitive bodyboarders. The professionals of Ohana Surf Project will create a personalized instruction plan designed to enhance your skills, keep you safe in the water, and maximize your enjoyment of the sport you love.

Important info
Wheelchair accessible. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. All areas and surfaces are wheelchair accessible. Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. A private lesson can accommodate any age or skill level.. If any participants have any medical conditions or injuries that we should be aware of please advise the staff ahead of time.. If you are prone to seasickness, you may want to take a remedy you are accustomed to using before the lesson (talk to your doctor for recommendations).. Please come prepared for the lesson by wearing your bathing suit, bringing a towel and making sure to apply sunscreen ahead of time.. All of our written materials are also available in Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee, Japanese, Korean, Spanish and Chinese speaking-instructors without enough advance notice.. Complimentary transportation is available from select locations in Waikiki. Exact pick-up location and time will be emailed to you by the supplier. If you do not receive these details 24 hours prior to your lesson, please contact Ohana Surf Project.
What's included
Transportation to and from designated meetings spots in Waikiki and certain hotels outside of Waikiki. All necessary equipment including rash guard, fins, and bodyboard. All taxes, fees and handling charges. A safe place to store your belongings. Professional instructor

Meeting Point
Your pick up or meet at instructions will be emailed to you directly from Ohana Surf Project at least 24 hours before your lesson time.
We offer courtesy pickup from Waikiki from our four standard pickup locations 10-45 minutes prior to your lesson time:
(1) Ilikai Hotel
(2) Romer Waikiki at the Ambassador Hotel
(3) Don Ho Lane Van Depot
(4) Hyatt Regency
For customers staying at the Ala Moana Hotel, Hale Koa Hotel, Kahala Hotel and Resort, The Ritz Carlton or The Ka La'i Waikiki Beach, we may be able to arrange a special pickup closer to the hotel with a notification call or email at least 24 hours in advance.
If either the customer or accompanying guest has a handicap or injury and needs to arrange a special pickup, please call or email us with 24 hours notice and we are more than happy to come directly to your hotel.
