When you arrive at Honolulu Airport please follow these instructions based on the airline you arrive with: Delta & United DOMESTIC: Find the tour group exit in the back side of baggage claim 31, NOT street side. You will see the pickup spot. Alaska, American, AirCanada, WestJet, Suncountry, Omni, Virgin, Southwest. NORTH AMERICAN (except HA, DL, UA): Use the crosswalk between baggage claim 19 & 20 to the median. Drivers may be forced to turn around if passengers are not yet present. HA Interisland, Mainland (except International): From baggage claim 11, go outside, DONT cross any street, turn right and go straight. You will see the pickup area. INTERNATIONAL (ALL FLIGHTS): Exit the terminal using exit DOOR 2, use the nearest crosswalk (between pole number 5 and 6) to the median. Pick up only on GREEN curbside mark. IMPORTANT: 1. Please note that the driver can park at the pickup area only 15 minutes, if you do not see him right away, it means he is circling the car around. 2. We will track your flight and give you some grace period for the custom and luggage. If you do have a phone, please give us some courtesy call when your plane is landed.
