This tour is perfect for multi-generational families or groups of any age. Children 5 and over must be in a booster; we can provide 48 hours' notice. Children under 5 must be in a car seat; we do not provide those.

- We pick up in the Hilo Port for cruise ship passengers.
- For hotel pick up we pick up in Hilo. If meeting us in Hilo and driving over from Kona/Waikoloa we meet at the Hilo Target/Safeway.
- We pick up at the HIlo Airport (ITO). If you are flying in we pick up at whatever time your plane lands, just give us the flight number. The earlier your flight the better. Please be aware this tour is 6 hours, and there is nothing to do in the Hilo airport after we drop you off.
