What To Expect

The Ghosts of Christmas: Charles Dickens Christmas walking tour is by far, the most immersive and engaging small group tour experience in Savannah during the Christmas holidays.

Several key ingredients set this tour apart: It is limited to a maximum of 12 special guests and contains key ingredients not found in most walking tours.
Led by 'The Fiddler of Christmas' as their guide, guests are taken to off-the-beaten-track, Christmas-decorated routes, and tour stop. Throughout the tour guests are regaled with Victorian Savannah Christmas traditions, Victorian Savannah Ghost Stories, dramatic, ghostly scene performances from 'A Christmas Carol' by Charles Dickens, and haunting Christmas carols by the guide, 'The Fiddler of Christmas' and served a glass and a toast of Chatham Artillery Eggnog at the end! Finally, the proceeds from the tour are being directed to the creation of a new, grass-roots initiative to reduce homelessness in Savannah in half by Christmas 2023.
