For airport Pick Up:
When you arrive at the airport, contact us to arrange your pick-up area!
Your driver/representative will be waiting at the baggage claim zone/ meet and greet area with a sign with your name.
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
Pick up starts within 30 min of flight landed and we will wait for another 1h, otherwise, a no-show will be applied and it will be non refundable
For Hotel pick up:
Meet at the lobby within 15 minutes prior pick up time
20 min after pick up time, a no show will be applied, it will be non refundable
For any other location:
We will contact you to set up the best location, non show rules applies (20 min)
