Specialized infant seats are available. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

The designated pick-up point will be located on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), depending on the airline, being the terminal Spot:
Terminal A go to Spot A-10
Terminal B go to SPOT B-10
Terminal C go to Spot C-272.
Make sure that your mobile phone is fully charged and operational to receive driver status notifications (SMS and/or WhatsApp).
Our service offers you a grace period of approximately 45 minutes (domestic flight) or 75 minutes (international flight) from the time your flight lands, enough time to collect your bags and meet your driver.
