What To Expect
Explore the Everglades on this 4-5 hour start to finish tour from Miami. Glide along the water on an airboat ride and listen to expert commentary from both your tour guide and airboat captain.

We use most of the time small vehicles. Elegant, comfortable High Roof Black Sprinter Vans, to transport people to the park.
Many times we are flexible to pick up people from out of the route locations.

Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Some vehicles don't require sitting on the lap. Some vehicles require infants sitting on the lap if there is no seat available. . Tell us your HOTEL or ADDRESS. Total duration of the tour most of the times is 4-5 hours. . Our driver/tour guide will comment about the activity in the language chosen and assist at the park. At the park the Airboat and the educational activity will be in english only.

We normally pick up from hotels along Miami Beach on Collins Av. and Downtown at HOLIDAY INN PORT MIAMI. Sometimes, when possible, from other hotels and other areas. Please inquire with us for more details about pick up locations.

We normally pick up from hotels along the City of Miami Beach (not Surfside, Bal Harbor, Sunny Isles) on Collins Avenue (by default from 45 street all way to 1 street) and Miami Downtown at Holiday Inn Port of Miami. Sometimes, when possible and as a courtesy, from different hotels and other areas. A supplement charge may be asked, depending on the location. Please inquire with us for more details about pick up locations and the possibility of pick up from other areas.

Because we pick up from different locations, the collection time depends on how many stops we make and on the locations.
We normally have only one departure per day. Pick up time cannot be chosen.
The pick up time most of the times could fall between 7:20 to 10:00 am. The supplier will determine the pick up time.
We could have a different time as well or an afternoon departure if the morning is full.
Please contact the supplier for the exact pick up time and location.
Only the supplier can give you details about pick up location and time. If someone else other than the supplier provides you with information regarding the pick up location and time, do not consider it as accurate.
Our clients must ride in our vehicles. You cannot drive to the park on your own, because the park does not allow it.
Bear in mind we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, change the date for any reason or inquire about anything, you need to do it up to 2 days before the activity. You can inquire about the approximate pick up time and pick up location before the 24-hour cancellation policy , so that you have adequate time to cancel if needed.
Normally we give the exact time and pick up location the day before in the afternoon.
You are not eligible for a refund within the 24-hour cancellation period, no matter the
circumstances (including flight cancellations ,delays, illness, and so on).

The driver on the way to the park will illustrate in their language, other than English, the facts about the everglades and assist them at the park.
The commentaries in the vehicle might be multilingual. Depending on the day, they could be done in multiple languages.
