Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Boat may be rented WITHOUT captain. Previous boating experience required. Age 24+. If rented without captain and born after 1987 temporary boater safety course required for the driver. . This is a bareboat charter. Under federal Coast Guard law, we cannot include captain fees within the product price package as fees will be paid directly to the captain.. Must understand and speak the English language by law
