A professional Chocolatier will walk you through a brief history of chocolate, explain the art of tempering chocolate and demonstrate hand tempering on a cold marble. Each guest will visit the second floor of the candy mansion to choose toppings for their chocolate bars from hundreds of candy and chocolate bins.
