Chef Adrian has also owned his own catering company and shared his passion for cooking with countless students as a chef instructor. This cooking class in Washington D.C. takes place at Shipgarten, a vibrant venue known for its lively atmosphere and excellent food. In this class, you'll start by making fresh tortillas with masa harina, water, and salt. Then, you'll prepare delicious taco fillings with shrimp, cilantro, mango, black beans, and tomato.
