The minimum age to ride an electric bike is 16. Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Please bring one government-issued photo ID to be retained as a deposit for all rentals, and a credit card to be kept on file for the security of the bikes
For safety, the tour operator is unable to provide bikes for women more than 4 months pregnant or customers over 300 pounds
The tour operator's office is open daily from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm year-round. All bikes must be returned by the store closing
Optional rental insurance is available on-site for an additional fee of $4.99 per person for the regular bikes and $10 for the electric bikes
For safety reasons, the tour operator is unable to attach trailers or tag-a-longs to e-bikes
