* Alcatraz time slot will be assigned randomly by the local supplier as early as 08.30 am or as late as 03.50 pm based on what tickets are left in the inventory on that date. You'll be notified about the departure time and available tickets two days in advance
* Tour available in English. Audio tour is available in multiple languages
* The ferry boat departs back each hour to the mainland
* The lunch credit must be used on the same day. It is not valid at Alcatraz Pier 33 or the boat
* The restaurant is assigned and guests will be responsible for any additional food charges
