What To Expect

Enjoy a 3-hour bike tour across the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito! You will follow your guide through San Francisco's waterfront to admire the following landmarks: Aquatic Park, Fort Mason, Crissy Field, the Marina and the Presidio. You'll then cross the Golden Gate Bridge and ride towards the Old Fort Baker.You'll end your tour in Sausalito, where you'll have some free time to enjoy some shopping and local food.On the second day of your tour, you'll take the boat towards Alcatraz Island. There, you will receive an audio headset and start your self-guided tour to the Alcatraz prison. Get ready to hear the stories that made this prison and its prisoners famous all over the world!

Important info

Please note that this is a two-day tour: day 1 includes a guided bike tour, day 2 includes a roundtrip ticket to Alcatraz Island
Please select the date in which you would like to visit Alcatraz, the day before will be automatically booked for the bike tour
If you wish to take the ferry from Sausalito, please note that the ferry ticket is not included but can be purchased onsite before the tour
You must bring a valid photo ID and a credit card in order to rent your bike
Riders under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult
Electric bikes are available onsite (need credit card authorization) and the minimum age to rent them is 13 years old
It is recommended to wear closed-toed shoes and a light jacket
The bike tour lasts approximately 3 hours and covers 14 km
The visit to Alcatraz prison is a self-guided tour, you will receive an audio headset available in the following languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish
You will receive the starting time of your tour after the booking at the email address indicated
