Important info
Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Confirmation and Alcatraz ferry time will be received at time of booking (it is also listed below). Your tickets will be held at the Alcatraz box office for collection on the day of the tour. A current passport or any government issued photo i.d. is required to redeem Alcatraz tickets. You will pickup your tickets from the Purchase Ticket Booth and each person 18yrs+ in your party must have a government issued, photo ID to board the Alcatraz ferry. Your ferry departs at 12pm. The Alcatraz tour you do on your own. We meet you after our front of Alcatraz Landing foe the 90m tour.
After your Alcatraz tour, you will meet your tour guide right down the street out front of pier 35 at 4pm, a white minibus that says SF Excursions will pull up out front. Your 2 hour city tour starts at 4pm... no later. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. Feel free to texting us when you arrive.
